"The best experience in a retail environment! They don't treat you like a customer. They treat you better than that. I went in with my kids and let me tell you, they are very kid friendly. When I showed up to pick up my bike Matt had it sitting out front like it was a pin up model. I went straight for my new to me bike as my 7 year old daughter walked into the dealership and yelled "Matt we're here!" The loved it. There are no cheesy sales gimmicks and a definite feeling of family. Matt and Derek are awesome!"

"My husband and I travel for work, needless to say we visit many Harley dealerships here in the good old USA and when abroad. We collect poker chips from all places. My visit the other day to Sonoma County Harley Davidson was a visit I won't forget.

I was looking at the Guardian Bells. I picked one for my husband to put on our new Ultra Limited. The sames woman DMS told me that I could not buy this for the bike we ride, that one must be given from one rider to another as a good luck charm. DMS proceeded to give me the bell at no charge. I could not thank her enough and wanted to give her a special kudos in my testimonial for great service!

"Thanks Terry & Ron for taking such good care of me (as usual). I brought the bike in for a new tire, before a second road trip. You found an unrelated problem that would have no doubt caught up with me two states away. It's so sad to be stuck on the side of the road, watching the world go by. You fixed the problem and got the bike back to me on schedule. No drama! Can't thank you enough."

"I've been to a lot of parts dealers in my life for all sorts of replacement parts, for a number of vehicles, including my 09 Harley Street Glide. I have never had anyone bend over backwards to meet my needs like Sonoma County HD in Cotati. They literally will not let you leave unsatisfied. And will spend the extra time to make sure i have exactly what you are looking for, recommending parts that will exceed performance, and telling you exactly why. And they know what they are talking about! They're not just pushing parts out of a catalog, they are involved, and go above and beyond to give very helpful advise on installation procedures of the parts and make recommendations based on their own personal mechanical experience and the experiences of customers' feedback. Jeff Rohrbach in particular, helped me with changing some gears and bearings on a high end starter clutch, and went completely above and beyond what I EVER expected from a parts guy. Blown away, is all I can say! I am now back o the road with my 09, and he didn't charge me a dime for the assistance which took about 45 minutes! Just wanted me to be happy with my purchase and get me back on the road. Any shop doing this for me would have charged me at least $110 or more for the labor.

I'd highly recommend these guys because they know their stuff, and they aren't happy until you are happy, period. Don't get shuffled off by trying to save a buck anywhere else. It's not worth the hassle of getting it wrong. Do it right the first time with Sonoma County HD!"

"I bought a used bike years back sr store now it was time to get my very first new one met with mat great sales guy. iknew what i wanted he didnt try to sale me anything else went very smooth they got the bike& calor i wanted held it for till i had time to pic it up the hole staff was great had a small problem with papper work. staff fixed it right away. great place"

"I was involved in a wreck and had my bike towed to Michaels for repairs and have had excellent service from the service department and from Jeff Rohrbach in parts. Jeff spent an hour and a half helping me pick new parts for the bike and did a great job for me. I really appreciated his patients after I chhanged my mind several times after he flipped through several parts books. Its people like Jeff and Terry in service who will keep me coming back to Michaels for a very long time.....thank you very much."

"After many years of trying to convince my wife that I could have a bike even after a Dr.Prescription I got her to go inside Michaels with me. We were met by very nice people. We met Matt who showed us around and was very helpful as well as friendly. Helpful to my plan. The experience was great and after a week of begging I got my wish. Called Matt let him know that we will be there in two days. Rode a way home a few days later. The whole staff were great and very helpful. There was a closer dealership but not better. Thanks for making my dreams come true."

"Purchased a factory custom 1200 Sportster with additional accessories and was greeted with considerate competent service, well worth a 5 star rating. Derek Stimple professional oversaw the ordering process and answering of questions I put forward by phone during the wait; with the bike arriving at the dealer exactly on schedule. A final inspection was done by me upon pickup, helped by the advisement/expertize of Matt Phillips. "I recently purchased my first Harley-Davidson through Michael's. After doing some research online and reading good things about the staff, I decided to give Michael's a shot. The service I received was incredible. Being a first time buyer I had a thousand questions and really wanted to do my research before buying. Over the course of several weeks Derek, Joe and Michael of the sales department were amazing. They really helped me find the perfect bike for me without trying to steer me in any direction, even though I was working with someone in sales already, nobody hesitated to stop and help me or answer questions. "My wife and I have never ever had the pleasure of buying a vehicle in one of the most helpful and friendly environment in all our years, and I might add we being in our 60's is hard to find. "For the fella that said no salesperson came up to him, that was something I appreciated. It was more than apparent who the salespeople were, I think that goes along with the NO pressure sales approach. I looked around for a few minutes then went over and introduced myself to Matt Philips.
He was nothing but professional and NO pressure.
I ended up with a 2015 Heritage soft tail of which Matt showed me all the other soft tails. There were not a lot but how many scooters can one dealership stock? He patiently explained the pros and cons of each bike which really helped me in my decision.
I was referred by a friend there and i guess i owe that friend a dinner.
